The Chicago Bears have always fed off their defense over the past couple of seasons. the Bears’ defense was the main reason the club was able to reach the Super Bowl last year. Injuries and age contributed to the team ranking just 28th in yards allowed. The Bears allowed only 14 points more than they scored, meaning a decent offense could have overcame a down year in which Chicago finished 7-9.
