Chicago Bears Review

Fans believe that Grossman will start in the season’s opening game.

The Chicago Bears fans have come all out and have voted quarterback Rex Grossman as a starter in the NFL season’s opening game as per the recent polls that was conducted by the website of the Chicago Bears. The fans are strong in their minds that the offensive tackler Grossman has to be given a start in the season’s opener as they feel that he could make the Bears defense make a say in the 2008 season. The percentage of votes that Grossman got is about 68.2% and 31.8% of the fans believe that he will not make it to the starting position and will be facing a stiff competition for the No. 1 job from Kyle Orton.

The fans strongly felt that the Chicago Bears should address the position of the offensive tackle in the first round of the NFL draft. Both Grossman and Orton have been signed to play for the Chicago Bears for one year and it is left to them to make the most of the opportunities given to them. The Chicago Bears fans, who have been following their team’s games over the past few years, are clear in their mind about their season starter, but the think tank of the Bears are still pondering on whom to put in the starting position when the season kick starts shortly.
