Chris Williams is New Addition to the Bears’ Family

Chris Williams was selected in the Chicago Bears’ first round draft as the 14th pick. This happened last Saturday, April 26. He was first spotted by scouts during his senior year in 2002. The NFL Network is quick to report that three other NFL teams have decided not to take Williams under their wings due to the fact that they are concerned that his neck injury might pose difficulties for the team. They have no reason to worry though, because Williams’ persevering spirit will see him through. To date, he has not skipped a single game for the past three seasons. Even so, he is glad to have been picked to join the Chicago Bears team.
