Lance Briggs entertains at risk children

Lance Briggs took the responsibility of bringing in 11 at risk children from Boys Hope Girl Hope in Illinois to the ballpark to provide them with once in a lifetime opportunity of watching the games Cubs and Pirates last Friday. The Chicago Bears linebacker was given the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch before the game at Wrigley Field. Lance Briggs said that he had brought these children to watch the game on the basis of their citizenship, attendance and good grades. Briggs will donate $4,000 for the Boys Hope Girls Hope foundation as he had pledged to donate $1,000 for every home run that Cubs hit during the game.
