Bears release running back Benson following arrest

The latest shocking news from the Chicago Bears camp is that they have waived their dependable running back Cedric Benson following his latest arrest which is his second DUI charge in five weeks. The general manager of the Bears Jerry Angelo said that there is tolerance limit, beyond which nothing can be done and stated that Benson’s behavior is his worst enemy. Benson apologized for his behavior in drinking and driving early last Saturday morning and it was totally a bad decision on his part. Bears fans who had bought tickets to watch him play in the upcoming season will have to settle for a Bears team without Cedric Benson.
