Bill Wade selected as member of Vanderbilt’s Hall of Fame class

The former quarterback of the Chicago Bears Bill Wade has been included in the 12 member list for the inaugural Vanderbilt Athletics Hall of Fame class. The Hall of Fame weekend will be held by Vanderbilt Athletics on September 12 & 13. There will be an Induction banquet held in the evening of September 12th and the Hall of Fame class will be conducted during the halftime of the football game against Rice to be held on 13th September, Saturday. Bill Wade, the famed quarterback of the Bears from 1961-66, will be there to give his valuable inputs to the people attending the class. As the NFL season will be kick starting shortly, there are still a few tickets that are available for the Bears inaugural game on August 7th.
