Chicago Bears Review

This year, the Bears offensive line has surprised many people.  In previous years, their pass protection has been subpar.  Opening up space for the running backs has proved difficult for them. But now, this year, the offensive line has really stepped it up and helped out the team.  Now, they have been able to give Kyle Orton the space he needs to run his plays and give the different running backs a good open space to work with.  People expected something very different from this team. But the team didn’t expect anything less.  In fact, they claim that it was only outsiders who were concerned about the play of the line.  Everyone in the locker room is unsurprised by the plays this year.  Now, the defensive line is still having trouble.  A few years ago, the defense was what saved the team again and again, but now they are stuck backpedaling as the other team lobs up big throws.  Injuries haven’t helped them however, so they’ll just have to hope that players get healthy again.
