Quarterbacks
If you thought that the Bears might be gunning for Jay Cutler, you are probably mistaken. He’d probably be a nice fit on the team, but it seems unlikely that he’s going to make it onto the team. So we are looking at the other players on the team. In addition to Kyle Orton, there are two other quarterbacks available who might play backup. Their names, not too widely known, are Caleb Hanie and Brett Basanez. I told you they weren’t particularly well-known. But they are competing for the backup position this offseason and are working hard for it. When the team needs a quarterback, there will be no trouble finding one.
