Orton in Denver
Poor Orton. We Bears fans might feel bad about the situation that we put him in. Many people wanted to see the QB leave the team because they felt there were better players elsewhere. It’s not that he was bad. But no one saw him getting that much better. But he is young and he gets to start off anew in another place. And he will be trying to compete for the starting position over there. It’ll be similar to the way that he entered Chicago, as a backup, but to compete for the starting position. This time it wont be against Grossman, but instead against Chris Simms. This is a guy who was able to outpass veterans again and again. It’ll be fun to see him play over there and the Broncos probably got a good deal on a high rated passer.
