Wide Receivers
The Chicago Bears have been criticized a lot lately that they don’t have enough wide receivers for Jay Cutler to throw to. But the Bears do have some decent receivers, including Devin Hester, who gets better each year. They also have Greg Olson, a great catch-and-run tight end who can get downfield surprisingly quickly. Maybe they don’t have a Michael Irvin or Plaxico Burress kind of player, but their receivers can do a very nice job. The Bears’ offense is a much more impressive machine than is generally realized and they are much better than they have been in previous years. That is, if Jay Cutler can hit receivers the way he has in previous years. It may take a little while for these players to hit the stride they want, but once they do, it might be very hard to stop them!
