The Defense
This year, the Bears’ defense is also looking to ride the Cutler wave. At least, they are trying to get moving in such a way as to make the other teams get worried all over again, just like in 2006. Now that the Bears seem to have some kind of order in the offense, we will be seeing what happens on the other side of the ball. Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs are both hoping to bump up the offense once again and hopefully they will be on their way to really getting in some stops and give it back to their own new QB. They are both especially excited because the new team configuration has given them extra energy for the new season. They’re just going to be battling it out, trying to stop the other team again and again. This will be a really exciting year if they can get the defense set up for another great year.
