Chicago Bears Review

Tough Weekend

The weekend was a tough one for the Bears. Jay Cutler had his worst career game with 4 interceptions, ending up giving up a lot of yards on the interceptions. The teams lost by 21-15 to the Packers of Green Bay. The rivals! The Bears were doing fairly well, but both teams had some key plays in the last quarter. The receivers for the Bears weren’t running their routes, it seemed. But the big hit came the next day. Brian Urlacher, a major linebacker, ended up leaving the game after a short time with a wrist injury. On Monday, it was announced that he would miss the rest of the season, after having surgery to repair his dislocated wrist in that game. While the Bears have a lot of depth at that position, Urlacher is a great leader on the team and will be sorely missed. Hopefully he can do some good “coaching” on the sidelines.
